Job description

The Technical Help Desk Engineer answers technical queries and provides international customers and ExxonMobil employees with information on product portfolio, product properties and consults product application related problems. The Technical Help Desk Engineer works on development of technical help desk response tools and can provide technical training to other functions.


Requirements

- University degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry etc.
- About one year of experience in engineering related or similar role appreciated but not necessary
- Advanced English and at least one more additional language as specified above ;
- Excellent communication skills,
- Customer orientation.
