This role is responsible for:
• Responsible for the day to day support of Tivoli Systems Management services with Unix or Intel endpoints including maintenance and upgrade of the Tivoli Product set. Due to the nature of the environment, there is often a necessity to carry out scheduled work outside of working hours.
Job Requirements:
Job describtion
• Instalation, administration, maintenance of complexed centralized servers
• Customer support on 2nd Level and 3rd Level, ensuring development of new and current solutions
• Instalation and administration of Oracle and DB2 databases
• Reorganization of database indexes
• Administration of access and
• Batch management, administration of filesystems, tunning performance
• Backup/Restore
• Tivoli TSM instalation and support

Requirements:

• Ablity to communicate in English written and spoken form (other language is beneficia)
• Knowledge of database servers (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Basic knowledge of operation systems (Windows NT, W2K, XP, UNIX, SUN, AIX, Linux), IP Service.
• Knowledge of RMAN
• Orientation in Tivoli environment is advantage (DM, TEC, SWD, TSM, ...).
• Basic knowledge of monitoring systems and network
• Ability to work in international and multicultural environment
• Responsibility, flexibility, ability to work in a team, communication skills.
