Job description:

• Day to day support of Tivoli Systems Management services with Unix or Intel endpoints, Nagios, HP Open
• Maintenance and upgrade of the Tivoli Product set
• Carry out occasional work scheduled outside of regular working hours (on-call duty)

Requirements:

• At least high school education
• Intermediate English
• At least 12 months AIX 4.x or 5.x experience.
• At least 12 months IBM Tivoli Product experience (V3.7 or above) predominantly TEC, Distributed Monitoring and Framework
• Tivoli Inventory, Tivoli Software Distribution
• Problem determination, analysis and resolution skills
• Performance monitoring and analysis
• Network interfaces
• Good general IT literacy
• Focus on customer needs
• Good team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude
• To be ready for shift work
• Ability to work well in an international environment
